Valeria Hurtado has been working with the attorneys of Tomlinson Law Group PC since early 2018. Valeria has taken courses in a legal studies program approved by the American Bar Association. She is currently a student at CSU Sacramento majoring in Economics. Valeria works with the attorneys to prepare documents and forms for government filings. The types of cases she assists with are family-based petitions, waivers, naturalization, consular processing, and other immigration processes.
