Tania D. Narciso earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Spanish with a minor in Chicano Studies from the University of California, Davis in 2012 and her Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2017. Mrs. Narciso has been a licensed member of the California State Bar since 2017.

During law school, Mrs. Narciso completed a summer internship at the Sacramento County District Attorney’s Office. In her second and third year of law school, Mrs. Narciso worked for the McGeorge School of Law’s Immigration Clinic as a Certified Law Student and then as a Team Leader. Mrs. Narciso also completed a semester externship at the Third District Court of Appeal in Sacramento

In December 2021, Tomlinson Law Group PC welcomed Mrs. Narciso to our legal team as Of Counsel Attorney. Mrs. Narciso previously worked as an Associate Attorney at Morris Law Group, PC in Sacramento for four years, where she focused on family-based petitions, naturalization, waivers, consular process, asylum, removal defense, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, and other humanitarian cases. She also recently started her own immigration law firm in her hometown of Redding, California. Mrs. Narciso looks forward to continuing to represent clients in removal proceedings, family-based applications, and a variety of immigration matters

Mrs. Narciso is a native Spanish speaker and during her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and traveling.
